Problem with GTA V in FiveM Game fails to launch or functions improperly
Hello, I need your assistance urgently. The problem began when I first purchased and set up my GPU. I was using UHD 630, but now I have a 5870 and can run GTA 5 normally with about 70 fps on standard settings (1080P). Here are my specs: FiveM works, audio plays, but no keyboard or mouse detected.
I updated the drivers, used sfc/scannow to clear GPU drivers, then reinstalled them once more.
This resolved the issue effectively.
The process was repeated three times for consistency.
It might help to share a post on the FiveM support forum at https://forum.cfx.re/c/technical-support/27. The developers appear very engaged there and typically reply to most discussions.
I also had a post there for four days. Today someone recommended installing beta drivers. It didn’t fix the issue, but I enabled GPU scaling later and it worked! Still only about 5 out of 10 times it functions. Edited April 15, 2021 by Adam5600
