I have GTA IV (downloaded from a friend) with a launcher and a Razor 'Drunk Fix'. The GPU settings won't let me adjust the graphics. My system is 1070 and it doesn’t change resolution. Any suggestions to fix this?! I’m still playing because the internet is blocked, so I can buy games but not update or stream them. I’ve bought DiRT Rally and a Steam update is pending, but I can’t even play that game.

The forum doesn't allow piracy and this seems to be a common issue

The game isn't functioning properly for me as well, not using any pirated version.

It was built for Windows 7/XP and performs well on older systems. With online modding support, you can easily adjust settings like resolution in the INI file. Don’t worry about the details—just follow what others do for ultra-wide displays.

Sure, I'll make that adjustment. Just remove the quotation marks from your launch settings and it should resolve the problem. This should address that specific memory restriction issue.

I attempted that using the launcher, but it didn't work.
