I’ve spent many hours looking through online resources and forums, but I haven’t found anyone with the same problem, let alone a solution. The issue really appears when I power on my PC—it causes severe graphics card failure. Frames become very choppy for a couple of seconds, then the screen goes black for about the same duration, repeating roughly every ten seconds until the system restarts or shuts down. When I reboot, it usually works again, but only after I turn off the PC (which I rarely do now).

It seems the problem began after installing another GTX 1650 Super, which was identical to the one already in place. After removing the old card, the issue continued. I’ve tried cleaning everything, reinstalling drivers with DDU, and even wiping the PC completely before reinstalling.

For more details, I’ve checked with NZXT, which shows the graphics card losing power while the screen flickers on and off. Running a Windows troubleshooter reports an issue but doesn’t specify what it is. Other third-party tools also found nothing. This isn’t a performance problem—it only happens when I boot up.

PC specs: GPU GTX1650 Super, MSI MPG X570, CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, RAM HyperX Fury 16GB, PSU Corsair RM750, OS Windows 11. I’ve attached some screenshots (taken on my phone) if helpful. Thanks in advance for your help!

I haven't looked into any recent bios updates concerning compatibility with that board. Would you like me to do a quick search for the latest information?

The bios configuration is configured with standard settings such as XMP data.

I've restored everything to the default settings, but the problem continues.
