I just completed the build and when I turned it on, the graphics card fans didn't spin and the display didn't work with or without the card.

Could you specify which exact B550M motherboard model you're referring to? Some require a BIOS update to support the Ryzen 5000 series CPU, while others come with compatible stickers.

It’s better to respond directly to my messages so I can confirm you’ve read them. Editing your first post makes it hard to track. The motherboard needs BIOS version 7C95v2A or newer to work with the Ryzen 5000 series CPU. There are ten BIOS versions before this one, so it’s likely the board came with an older version. The board does have a BIOS flashback button using a USB key to update the BIOS without needing a previous CPU generation. Updating your BIOS should resolve the issue. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B550M-PR...FI/support
