The sound remains consistent, and I believe it's not related to a fan issue since there have been no changes to my setup over the past few months.

The highlighted values are very high, suggesting your PC might be at risk of overheating. I recommend backing up all crucial files to an external drive or USB right away to prevent data loss.

For me, what you’re seeing doesn’t make much sense. A GPU running at full capacity should consume significantly more power, yet the voltage readings are excessively high. You’re also noticing unusually high temperatures and a sharp drop in performance. Instead of relying solely on backups, try reinstalling Windows cleanly and check if that resolves the problem. It’s possible a software issue, such as a virus, could be responsible.

I once had several trojans on my system but my antivirus removed them two months ago. It’s possible they’re still there. I’ll run a fresh scan and consider a clean install if it doesn’t work. Thanks. + I’m not sure if my GPU was at full capacity, but today the logs match closely with the picture, and my GPU was running between 75-100%.
