Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out a problem where games seem to run at half speed or not at all when I switch tabs, especially in full screen. But when I close the tab, it works perfectly and runs smoothly. This has happened with FFVII Vampire - Blood Hunt, but only during the Blood Hunt mode. I'm curious if anyone else has faced this issue and knows a solution.

System Specs: Intel 12700k, 2080ti M2, 32GB RAM, Windows 11.

Notice how it slows down to half the frame when focused, but runs smoothly in the background when you switch tabs (like OBS screen).
