Hello, your friend's PC has been acting up since it started working properly for a few days. Initially, everything seemed normal, but then it began to malfunction. When he tried to turn it on, nothing appeared on the screen despite fans and RGB lighting. His motherboard indicated a CPU problem. He had to restart it several times before it finally booted up. Once operational, everything functioned correctly, but the real issue was during startup. He attempted to re-seat the CPU and RAM, yet it worsened the problem and prevented booting. All BIOS and drivers were up to date. Anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this?
Take a magnifier and tweezers, inspect the pins on the motherboard or CPU if re-seating the CPU has caused more issues. If you find bent pins, luckily Linux has some videos showing how to fix this. Your old eyes and hands won’t work anymore.
