Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1500x Quad-Core Processor Motherboard: ASRock B450M Steel Legend RAM: 16GB Graphic Card: Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics thermaltake 750w psu posting for a friend. So my friends pc has been super weird for a long time. Each time we playing a game she has to make it crash her pc before we cant really play cause after it crashed once it wont crash again while we playing.. 90% of the time atleast. the GPU died a month or two ago and got it replaced with one of the new Intel ones. A770. After the new GPU got installed everything seemed to have fixed itself. But now until a week or two ago the only game she can play without the pc just going crazy and not working is Genshin Impact, anything else just doesn't work. What they have tried is testing the system with another PSU, removing the RAM and putting it back inn, Formatted the whole pc completely fresh multiple times and nothing have really helped. We believe its most likely something on the hardware end, but cant figure out what. Money is tight so cant be spending a lot of money on new parts and stuff. (these issues where also a thing BEFORE the new GPU)
