You're seeing a lower performance because your card is only operating at 700MHz instead of the intended 1080p.

It should definitely exceed 700MHz for smooth playback of BF1. Temperatures remain stable between 65-70°C.

Performance remains strong, consistently above 60 FPS. The 6600K isn't causing significant issues.

At 700Mhz you should apply DDU and reinstall the drivers. Your res scaling is 50% for 1080 and 100% for 2160 downscaling.
