Initially, your GPU isn’t powerful enough, so improving it would help. However, adding more RAM is essential for maintaining stable FPS without frequent drops, especially given the game’s large size. Windows 10 consumes about 40% of your RAM, making this upgrade less critical. I recommend starting with a new GPU and then adding RAM. (P.S., your CPU is also underperforming—consider upgrading that too.)
