Problem with flickering when starting up.
Recently I assembled a mini ITX PC that functioned properly, but now it experiences strange flickering during startup that disappears once Windows boots. Also, games run poorly even though they’re on a 3070TI, issues clear after rebooting. I need to add a PCIe riser and I’m using the Gen 4 model you mentioned. The graphics card’s PCIe slot feels warm to the touch, which makes me nervous about its condition and how to fix these problems. I’ve saved a photo of the flickering for reference.
