I received an MSI Mag X570 motherboard paired with a Ryzen 7 5800X. I was attempting to upgrade my BIOS to recognize the 5800X CPU, but after flashing the update, my motherboard was still showing version 10 and required four more updates. Once I switched to v11 and v12, everything worked fine. However, when I tried updating for v13 (Zen 3, 5000 series), the BIOS kept displaying a light. Any suggestions on how to fix this and clear the stuck BIOS LED? Thanks!
Eventually you’ll need to power down the device and attempt an update. Your board should have a button for flashing the BIOS? If yes, this isn’t a big issue—just confirm you have the correct USB drive with the update files and try again. It’s wise to keep the computer connected to a UPS during the BIOS process. By the way, unless specified otherwise, you usually don’t need to flash each version one after another; just install the latest release.
It has a BIOS flash button. You restarted using the newest BIOS on your pendrive and flashed it again. It blinked this time and shut down after about 5 to 6 minutes, but the CPU LED debug remains active on your AMD machine. Should I try flashing it once more?

Unless specifically instructed not to (it will be specified on the BIOS download page) there's no reason to go 10, 11, 12 ,14, you can go straight from current to newest. Generally speaking, later versions of BIOS updates contain all the fixes from older versions.
But does it publish updates? Or was this a single occurrence? Start from the basics, boot up step by step and add components gradually until you identify the problem. Re-flashing is another possibility—consider testing all available BIOS versions that match your CPU, as some might be in beta without clear labeling.
