I own a PC that hasn't been used for a while. I'm considering selling it and wanted to test it out beforehand. However, when I try to power it on, it makes a beep sound initially, but after a short delay, another beep occurs. The screen remains unresponsive.

I searched for information about those sounds online, but didn't find any clear explanation. They often mentioned issues with RAMs and suggested erasing them with an eraser. I'm not sure if the problem lies with the RAMs themselves.

I took out and put back the RAM, but I removed the BIOS battery and it didn't work.
