Problem with external monitor while playing a game that works only on my laptop screen
I recently bought The Settlers 7 - History Edition and attempted various tools like TV Game Launcher and Dual Monitor Tools. But I still can't get the game to work on my external monitor. I've made it the primary display, yet it only shows a generic PNP screen. The switch window shortcut keys in Dual Monitor Tools also don't function properly. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
What is the specific laptop model and make? Which Windows 10 edition are you currently using? What is the BIOS version installed on your laptop?
