I need assistance! My computer was turned on today and I realized it wasn’t connected to the internet. It’s showing up as 'Network 4' on Windows, but it isn’t the correct name and says there’s no internet access. My other devices are working fine. I tried changing the router ports, but it still doesn’t connect. I checked the Ethernet cable and even connected via a laptop, which worked. My next idea was the motherboard port, but Device Manager shows it’s okay. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Have you checked a different cable or tried reinstalling the drivers?
