Your Ethernet link is displaying an error indicating no internet connection, despite the Wi-Fi functioning properly. The port light is lit and all cables appear secure. You've already checked IP settings, DNS, and drivers, but nothing resolved the issue. Consider testing with another device or checking for firmware updates on your network adapter.

No, I haven't restarted your router or modem yet.

Examine the network adapter settings to determine if a fixed IP address has been configured.

Have you attempted to start another operating system? A distinct Windows setup or perhaps Ubuntu? It seems like the problem might be related to software.

Uncertain about its effectiveness, but did you connect it to the Ethernet port instead of the WAN port?

I restarted the router again and reattached the Ethernet cable. It seems to be functioning now—probably the 8P8C port is faulty. Appreciate the advice!
