I reset my computer and the Ethernet link stopped functioning. I've spent a lot of time attempting solutions, trying various methods, but nothing seems to work. Websites won't load unless I turn off IPV4 in Networking settings for that connection, after which some content appears partially.

Is your network adapter properly showing up in Device Manager? Screenshots are ideal.

I understand they have disabilities, but if I turn them on, the Wi-Fi won't work and I can't post here. Turning it on causes the problem I described, and yes, I've disabled my Wi-Fi when enabling it. I have two ports, and I've tested both, but neither works. I've also tried other ports on my router.

Turn off all LAN and Wi-Fi functions, except for Intel I211, in the BIOS settings and see if it works.

Use a GNU/Linux live USB to avoid hardware issues.
