My internet connection isn't functioning. I've updated every driver, reinstalled all the drivers, and run diagnostics—still no lights appear on the port. In Realtek diagnostics it shows the cable is connected but says "Link status is disconnected." I tried restarting my computer for a while, but it didn't help. The Wi-Fi works perfectly fine.

What device are you connecting? Have you tested another Ethernet cable? Did you connect the identical cable to a known functional device?

I connected it to my Ethernet port on my PC, which has only one available. I changed the cables several times today. When I tried plugging it into my laptop, it worked perfectly.

Do you possess a laptop or another gadget to evaluate the connection? Are you employing powerline adapters?
