In Spain most people purchase from pccomponentes.com and they provide a service (+15€) to upgrade your motherboard to the newest BIOS. Your motherboard is compatible, but you require the latest BIOS version. Perhaps you could contact a computer repair shop or an IT professional to perform the update? It shouldn't cost much—just a compatible CPU and about five minutes. As mentioned earlier, they charge 15€ for this service. Also, b450 mobos offer a resizable BAR, but you lose PCIe 4.0 support.
