I’m encountering a problem with Windows 11 installation. The error code 0xc1900101 appears during the safe_os phase, and I’m seeing issues during boot. I’ve tried various solutions but nothing seems to work.

Use Rufus to download and create a bootable USB drive. If the download option isn’t visible, open settings at the bottom left (third icon), turn on daily updates, enable BETA, click check now, then restart Rufus to retrieve it.

Are you changing from Windows 10 to Windows 11? It looks like certain programs that affect the boot process could cause issues during the upgrade. Antivirus software is often cited as a typical culprit.

It seems like you're attempting to run an installation process inside Windows. Using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft to create a bootable USB allows you to start there and complete the setup.

They often mention this, though I'm not entirely confident about the details.

I've attempted this before, but I still receive the installation error message. It seems there might be an issue.

No, you're not deleting all partitions before proceeding. The process allows you to continue without clearing existing ones.
