When launching Dayz, the entire window shifts slightly downward to the right, and changing the resolution causes the window to behave oddly, making the mouse difficult to control.

In the menu, utilize the keyboard navigation as your mouse isn't precise. Attempt to access video settings and enable "Borderless windowed" when using "Fullscreen," and adjust accordingly. This should resolve the issue. EDIT: Also, welcome to the formus

Thanks for the suggestion, though it looks like Dayz doesn't offer a "borderless" setting—just windowed or fullscreen modes. I've checked all the available options, but nothing functions as expected.

Pressing alt-enter activates the standard Windows shortcut for toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode.
