your ryzen 5 3600 usually stays around 4 ghz when idle, even with the amd chipset driver and balanced mode enabled. your aio is running at mid-40s, which is normal.

my ryan 5 3600 cpu runs smoothly at low load, boosting to 4ghz only when under stress. i need it to activate only during heavy use, not constantly.

Search for mentions of "Turbo," "Boost," "Performance," "Enhancement," or "Multicore" in the BIOS settings. Also, note any default Turbo Mode options in Advanced settings and verify your current Windows power mode via the command prompt.

Switching Windows to Energy Saving or Balanced mode can improve efficiency. For tracking CPU usage, I use a monitoring software.
