I possess a Lenovo Legion laptop with the following specifications: Processor 1x AMD Ryzen 5 4600H, Memory 2x 8GB DDR4 3200, Operating System Windows 10 Home 64(EN:English), Hard Drive 512 gb SSD, 2 TB HDD, Wireless Network Ports 1x Combo jack, Graphics 1x 1650ti. The issue I’m experiencing is that the CPU temperature rises to 25% and then drops, causing noticeable lag in the computer. I mainly use it for my design work and occasional gaming; while games run smoothly, basic tasks slow down which is frustrating. Lenovo technicians have been unhelpful, and I really need advice on how to resolve this problem.
