I recently assembled a new PC and attached the specifications here. I'm using a Corsair 5000x QL case with an HX1000i, a 1000 watt fully modular power supply. Everything seems to be functioning properly except for a few issues concerning the pump. The coolant temperature sensor appears faulty, showing -20°C while my CPU reaches 30°C. I've encountered problems with the RGB pump head and Corsair's customer support has been challenging to deal with. Initially it worked, but eventually it stopped. Corsair provided a replacement pump head, which didn't resolve the issue. I swapped out the commander core module, but that also failed. I've replaced the SATA cables and relocated them to multiple slots on the power supply. I verified it uses a 5-wire SATA cable. The BIOS and iCUE software are up to date, and I've removed other RGB control programs such as Razer Synapse and Roccat Aimo. At this stage, I'm uncertain about the exact problem.
