Moved into a new building for work and have a Starlink set up. We've been trying to get the Starlink to pass internet through our Synology RT1900ac modem. However even after resetting the modems settings and power cycling it. There's no "talking" between the two. And if a computer is connected straight out of the Starlink then there's internet and the wifi from starlink works. There's just no internet getting to the modem.

Is this device a router rather than a modem? Do you have enabled 'router bypass mode' for Starlink?

Connect the Synology router to Starlink by linking it to the Starlink modem and configuring the router's settings accordingly.
