Hello, I'm trying to assist you with an issue related to your SSL 2+ setup. Yesterday the audio stopped working after you disconnected and reconnected it, then reinstalled the driver without success. After checking the device manager in Windows 11, it reported "it works correctly," but when you opened properties and navigated to events, it showed an error: "error kernel PnP 411." Can you connect your SSL2+ to another system and check if the problem is fixed? If yes, it may be due to a corrupted OS or faulty USB drivers. If not, the connection might have failed.
Open Device Manager and look for any entries marked with a yellow exclamation mark.

Yeah i can hook my SSL 2+ on another system. I reinstalled the OS but the problem continues.
No, there's no element marked with a yellow exclamation mark. The device appears and says "it works correctly" but it doesn't work, it doesn't play anything
