When downloading files, the dialog doesn't appear for 30-40 minutes and only shows up sometimes. This occurs across all sites you've used. Also, your YouTube feed subscriptions and other pages keep freezing constantly. Have anyone found a solution? I've tried turning off developer builds, clearing cache, rebooting, reinstalling, disabling extensions, moving the downloads folder, adjusting settings, and even switching browsers. It works on Firefox. I'm using Windows 10 version 44.0.2403.130.

I've encountered the same problems with the YouTube subscriptions page freezing on my Windows 10 system... It seems like Chrome might be the issue on my W10, and I hope someone is working on a fix... I've switched to using Edge for other tasks.
