some chrome issues ive been having.... chrome says managed by organization but it is a private google account on my personal computer with no other accounts that would be managed other issue is in YouTube full screen there is a scroll bar on the bottom of my screen that i cant seem to remove unless i zoom out to like 90% usually it was at 125 with no issues. any help appreciated

it seems a GPO was configured. run mmc.exe and enable group policy snap-in for the local machine. look for entries related to Chrome in both user and computer settings. if you find anything there, it might indicate a security issue or infection. I've experienced this before.
