Problem with Bluetooth pairing and data transfer.
I recently assembled a PC and am facing trouble with Bluetooth connectivity. The drivers are installed and up to date in Device Manager. My system includes an MSI PRO B650-P WIFI motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor, and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ventus graphics card. Any assistance would be very helpful.
Here are some suggestions:
1) Check if WiFi functions properly since both WiFi and Bluetooth share the same card. If it doesn’t work, try removing the included card and reinserting it, usually found under shielding near the board’s IO area.
2) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
3) See if MSI provides older drivers; sometimes newer versions aren’t always better.
Plan B: Identify the chipset used by the WiFi card and visit the manufacturer’s site to check for available drivers. Drivers for WiFi and Bluetooth are often separate.
I'm using them too, but I'm having trouble connecting the Bluetooth headphones.
WiFi functions correctly. Bluetooth is active. The MSI version I have is the latest one available, but I’m uncertain about the exact file I’m choosing during installation.
