I have a Intel 9260 Wi-Fi/BT Card (Upgraded from the 3165). I've tried Reseating the card and Reinstalling the device drivers, but Bluetooth still doesn't work. Bluetooth doesn't even show up in device manger. But there a device called ''Unknown USB Device'' and it has a code 43. I'm 68% sure this is why Bluetooth isn't working. Especially since it has the same driver version as Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator. (I'm using a USB Bluetooth adapter in the 3rd and 4th screenshot).

Have you verified that the new card matches the board's specifications?

I'm not sure where I'd locate that (it's a complete PC), but the Wi-fi is working perfectly.

I'm facing the same issue again. Bluetooth stopped working about 10 hours ago, even though it was fine before. This has happened twice now. All the fixes I tried didn't help, but removing and reinserting the network card fixed it. It's not a long-term solution, but it resolved the problem.

Purchased another set just in case the first one fails. Will share progress once installed tomorrow.
