I modified my computer components recently, and everything functioned properly for a while before it began crashing during startup. Upon launching the PC, I encountered a blue screen error with the message "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal." It restarts the system repeatedly—around 40 times—until it finally starts normally. I've tried all possible solutions but still have no clear answer.

System details:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X - 100.9%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060-Ti - 125%
HDD: Amd-raid WDC WDS120G2G0A- 120GB - 132.8%
HDD: Toshiba P300 3TB - 85.8%
RAM: Silicon-Power SP008GBLFU240B02 2x8GB - 73.7%
MBD: Asus PRIME B550M-A
PSU: 750W Gamme 80 Kratos M1-750B Bronze

The solution was identifying a defective Ryzen 7 5700x as the cause of the bluescreen, with many units entering the market unintentionally.

Which temperatures are being observed during this process? Consider testing each memory module separately. This setup needs improvement compared to the Gamdias power supply; feel free to replace it if possible.

40 °C.
I tested all components, and when I brought back my old motherboard and CPU, everything worked fine again.
Yeah, I’m sure it’s a strange PSU, but I don’t think it’s about how much power each part receives.

Have you attempted a fresh Windows 10 setup after installing the new hardware? Yes.

Since I play different things, I receive the expected performance, and all parts function as designed.

Oh no, it seems the error was directed at the incorrect account.

I used Windows 11 and managed to fix the issue even without the software installed.

The solution involved a defective Ryzen 7 5700x causing the bluescreen, and many of these units ended up in the market for various reasons.
