Your mistakes seem linked to poor recall. Swapping the RAM might mean a faulty memory controller on the CPU. Try testing with another CPU or bring it to a repair shop. Also, during power spikes, consider using a surge protector or UPS.

We received an update a week later, but now that you brought it up, I might be able to secure a replacement by next week. I’ll let you and this discussion know if anything changes. Appreciate your patience!

Random crash errors usually indicate a problem with RAM. Please submit the dump files following the guidelines in the "BSOD posting instructions" thread.

Thank you for your patience. I followed method B to retrieve the information. Currently, the Resource and Performance Monitor is exceeding the expected 60-second limit, so I’ll likely wait it out.

I also noticed the extra guidelines for adding details about your computer, so here’s what I included. x64 bit system, OEM activated, Windows Pro via MAS Desktop. I omitted the model number of my one-year-old OEM machine. I also didn’t mention that I reformatted my PC several times yet I keep seeing the same BSOD messages. Last night I received an "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" error while watching YouTube videos. It occurs randomly; I chose to quote it for clarity in case you’re still interested in the extra details.
