Hey, I understand you're facing some challenges with BF4. Your setup looks solid—your frames are decent in other games but BF4 keeps dropping to low FPS. You mentioned your GPU is running at 1050 MHz with a power limit of +20 in MSI Afterburner. It might help to double-check your drivers, ensure the GPU is properly recognized, and see if updating your graphics card or OS resolves the issue. Let me know what you find!

Game runs smoothly at ultra settings, but other configurations cause issues. I'm using 14.4 drivers, and switching to 14.6 didn't resolve the problem.

It won't be effective, using medium or high settings with FXAA and shadows to achieve solid FPS.

The i3 and 270 won't perform well with BF4 Ultra configurations. I agree with the previous advice and suggest using medium to high settings with FXAA enabled. Adding the mantle option in the BF4 graphics settings could also be beneficial if you haven't tried it yet.

It looks like most players in BF4 are relying on Red team cards. My setup uses a GTX660 from EVGA, and I’m having no issues running at high settings. However, I see the frames drop when playing in multiplayer at ultra. Single-player runs smoothly at ultra.

Have you turned on mantle? Visit graphics settings and click the top left to enable mantle, then restart the game. Installing Windows 8.1 would work better for BF4. Avoid too many problems. Running mantle can be a bit inconsistent—disable it if needed. Also, check your GPU usage and memory usage. You might want to close your browser after joining a server. I recall experiencing stutter before using my browser. You could also try running the GPU in stock settings.
