I've been experiencing a worsening problem with my system. Initially, the creative stage soundbar stopped playing audio via Bluetooth even though it connected properly. All drivers were up to date and everything seemed normal on the computer. Now, no sound comes through either the aux or Bluetooth. I've tried updating/reinstalling drivers, reinstalling Windows, replacing components, but nothing resolved the issue. It's unclear exactly where the problem lies, which makes me suspect an OS glitch. This also happens with other sound devices I connect to my desktop, but they work fine when connected to my laptop.

I don't have a personal PC build, but I can describe typical components used in building one.

Could you confirm if the BT adapter and sound bar functioned properly on the laptop?
Yes, it operated correctly.
Begin with the troubleshooter.
I've already tried everything; the troubleshooter remains ineffective, merely indicating everything is fine.

Do you observe the BT adapter becoming excessively warm or hot?
On the original host, attempt to use a different USB port for the BT adapter and also try employing a USB extension cable to relocate the BT adapter further from the host computer.
This adjustment aids the adapter's transmission and reception capabilities while assisting in cooling. Those compact USB adapters/dongles lose effectiveness as they heat up over time.

This card appears to be a sound bar made by TP-Link with an ultra-low archer TX3000E model. It offers wireless connectivity, not Bluetooth.

That's the card I'm using. The sound bar is a Creative Stage 2.1 Speaker System 51MF8360AA002, and it connects via Bluetooth. It plays audio on my desktop, but doesn't work with other Bluetooth devices. However, when connected to my laptop, everything functions properly. Right now I'm trying to resolve the Bluetooth issue.
