Check if the control panel's sound settings don't restrict audio output to digital HDMI exclusively. This could cause the 3.5 mini pin audio to fail in sending sound.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I've confirmed that. Both results remain accurate even without services loaded, but they break when services are active.

Problem resolved for anyone who might be interested.
Activating all services and then turning off the Remote Desktop Service during Selective Startup in MS Config fixed the issue. It required some time to pinpoint the cause, but it was worth it.
Remote Desktop, which I use daily with clients, also functions properly now.
I don’t understand why Remote Desktop would impact the audio on my PC, but it does here.
Thanks to everyone who provided assistance.
