Adjust the format to a simpler level if needed. I think your audio might be just a sign of a larger issue.

It seems quite unusual. You could revert to the drivers that functioned correctly at this time.

They are installing an ASRock motherboard, but I've faced issues with ASRock in the past. It could be a faulty motherboard. If the GPU were defective, it shouldn't be impacting the motherboard's built-in audio.
