I had Mint set up for some time and then took it off. After that, everything started booting again. I cleaned all other disks with DiskPart and tried BootRec.exe on each one individually. I see Ubuntu still showing up in my Asus BIOS even though the drives are gone. There’s a way to remove it or I should do it.

It's stored in the UEFI. Don't stress, updating the OS will fix any issues.

Restoring my Windows 8 and Windows 10 didn't erase it. I still struggle choosing between Windows 10 and 8 without the Linux SSD or EasyBcd. I rely on pressing F8 to select during setup.
