Hello, my TUF FX504G works perfectly now. Two weeks ago the Intel AC 9560 Wi-Fi adapter stopped functioning during games like Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege or Apex Legends. It worked initially but after about ten minutes it would disconnect and no networks appeared. The driver in Device Manager disappeared after a forced shutdown, then reappeared when I restarted. The adapter and Bluetooth drivers were updated from Intel and Windows, but the issue persists. I’m looking for a fix so I can play games without interruptions.

I'm not sure about the issue with your Wi-Fi, but don't worry. You can find replacement Wi-Fi cards at a low cost on Amazon.

No, the only alternative is to replace it.

Search for any signs of physical harm. Make sure it isn't your router. With many gadgets around, consider shutting some down. Routers from ISPs often struggle with too many connected devices.

I noticed a comparable problem with my ASUS FX507GM laptop using the same Wi-Fi card. The card doesn’t work consistently—restarting doesn’t help; it only functions after opening the case and reconnecting it, then booting into Windows. It usually works for a few days before stopping again. I’ve replaced the AC 9560 with a new one inside the laptop, but the issue continues.
