Hi everyone, I’m facing some issues with my setup. I have an Asus TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS with WiFi, D4 Intel I5-13600k, and a 32GB RAM module (2x16GB) installed in slots 2 and 4. When XMP is turned on, the system won’t boot. Testing with just one RAM stick works when XMP is active. My friend tried a different configuration and also encountered problems with XMP enabled. The CMOS is clear, but everything fails. I’ve updated the BIOS to the latest version. Also, the RAM isn’t in QVL mode. I’m looking into using a budget Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB module (2x16GB, 3600MHz) and wondering if others have used it with the same setup. Please let me know your thoughts!

I reviewed Max Tech Tips video when I first tried fixing the CORSAIR Vengeance RGB RT. It functions with XMP activated at 3500Mhz. I also checked it with my friend's Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x16Gb 3333Mhz CL16, enabling XMP and boosting the speed to 3600MHz – it worked too. Unfortunately, this RAM isn't available anymore, even on Amazon. As you can see, the video results aren't clear. Still, I'm worried the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x16GB at 3600MHz might face the same problem. Please let me know if anyone has used it with my current setup. Thanks.

Kingston offers a range of compatible RAM options at reasonable prices. But XMP configurations are causing CL/CAS delays. Adjust your XMP speed, make all other settings automatic (even if not set by default), then save and restart.

Cyberat, I'm considering Kingston RAM as well. The system will run at 3600Mhz CL18, and I'll have the model in QVL. Do you typically use Kingston RAM with this motherboard? Which specific RAM would you recommend?
