About a week back my computer stopped working and wouldn’t open. I resolved the issue but after restarting Windows, I lost internet access. I attempted Ethernet but received driver error code 10. Now I rely on my phone for connectivity, which is slow. I tried the drivers for the 3T3R but they didn’t fix anything. My specs are: a 16GB RAM, RX 580 GPU, I7 5820K CPU, and MB: 64GB.

You're asking about the specific item or situation you meant when saying "wouldn't open." Please clarify so I can address it accurately.

Windows started but all devices failed to function. After three days, I accessed BIOS and adjusted the Intel X-HCI settings, which resolved the issue. Apologies for the delay—I was really occupied and overlooked this step.
