Attempt to run as administrator. Encountered an issue while playing Arkham Knight; resolved it for me. Likely to work here too, though uncertain. Unable to load file or assembly 'Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D or one of its dependencies, Version=1.0.2902.0'. The system can't find the specified file. Try reinstalling DirectX: http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/...aspx?id=35

it looks like your directx install is corrupted..or you got a permissions problem
