Is it typical for the AMD Ryzen 5600X to reach only 4.2GHz under PBO? I ran tests on Ryzen Master and Cinebench, seeing temps near 70 but not exceeding 4.2. How can I achieve the advertised boost speed of 4.6GHz? Thanks! My setup includes a Ryzen 5600X, ASUS TUF Gaming B550 Plus, G-Skill 2x16GB RAM, PSU FSP Hydro Pro G650W.
