AMD RX 570 recently underwent a fresh system reset. The computer previously ran smoothly until that update. My AMD graphics card isn’t functioning, I can’t connect the HDMI cable to the GPU port because it doesn’t power on, and the card isn’t listed in Device Manager or Task Manager. Under Display adapters it shows Intel® HD Graphics 4000. I’ve removed the Intel graphics settings but it reverts back to Microsoft-based graphics after a restart. I can’t install AMD Radeon drivers since no AMD GPU is detected.

Did your BIOS configurations shift? If integrated graphics are enabled instead of dedicated, that might explain why your GPU isn't showing up.

It's working with the built-in features, but I'm unsure how to change it to a dedicated setting. I attempted to check my BIOS options, but since I'm using a low-quality prebuilt system from an unknown company, I don't know how to get there.

Did you previously use an NVIDIA graphics card? I’ve changed GPUs before and often neglected to remove outdated drivers, causing compatibility issues.
