Refund requested—this shouldn’t occur at all with a prebuilt product. Please request a replacement instead.

I would have liked it if I could, but sadly the warranty ended sooner than expected this year.

Converse with them and check if they can grant an exception

Typically the GPU shuts down, often due to the power supply unit or motherboard. Consider using DDU to remove the previous GPU drivers before installing new ones.

How much time has passed since the interior was last sanitized? For pets like cats or dogs, maintaining cleanliness inside is essential.

I’m starting with a Dell EPSA test now, verifying the components.

It was a few months back, yet I’m looking forward to using compressed air today to clean it up. The air isn’t overly dusty, but I’m ready to try almost anything.

The manual indicates that repeating the lights points to RAM, system board, or PSU problems. You might want to try other compatible RAM modules. If your new build fits in the R10, swap the kits and see if one stops crashing while the other does. Otherwise, the PSU could be faulty, especially since you can't properly power cycle it without the reset switch. Getting another compatible power supply might help, though it may be tricky given Dell's use of proprietary parts.
