Problem with accessing the window's key.

I own a Dell Inspiron 560 from around 2012. The hard drive is failing, the PC runs slowly and Chrome often crashes. I bought an SSD hoping to save money, but it didn’t work out. Now I’m using an SSHD myself, thinking it would help. However, I can’t create a boot disk for USB because Microsoft doesn’t recognize its code, so I need a boot image. Any advice?

Obtaining Windows using an OEM key is not feasible; you must use keys provided by retailers. Retail keys are the only option available.

There’s a repair factory settings partition included with the standard OEM PCs purchased new. It’s hard to picture someone buying a machine this way, yet it happens frequently.
