I've been struggling to access the Nvidia control panel for weeks now. I've restarted both the nvidia display container and localsysem from services, msc, but nothing worked. It's really frustrating. I cleared my drivers with DDU and reinstalled them after a fresh Windows setup.

Have you got a GPU from NVIDIA already? Have you tested other versions of the NVIDIA drivers?
