On the back of my SuperHub 4 from Virgin Media, the coax cable appears heavily twisted. I’m experiencing significant packet loss and frequent Wi-Fi outages or high ping rates. Should I switch to a male-to-male cable instead? Or should I contact Virgin directly to arrange a technician visit (edit: note, I don’t have an eBay link). It wasn’t the thin wire I expected—it was just a TV aerial cable. I found another option that matches what I need: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/333990198995?...R8bwp6OQYQ
