I purchased this Realtek USB adapter for my computer, but it isn’t functioning properly. Are there any steps I can take to get it working again?

They’re made with the MT7601U chip and the build quality is really poor. You’re getting what you pay for, especially when each adapter costs around $3.

They seem problematic, yet I'm having trouble locating the drivers.

It's possible that no Windows drivers are available for them.
