I purchased 3D Mark off Steam a few months back and it worked well for a while. After updating to PC Mark 8, it suddenly stopped functioning. It seems the two issues might be connected. As soon as I installed PC Mark, I encountered "system Info failure" and "failed to set up system info" problems on both systems. I've spent about two months trying fixes—uninstalling PC Mark, reinstalling 3D Mark multiple times, and even installing System Info Assistant from their site without success. I found some similar reports online but don’t have a clear explanation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You're not like everyone else who can't hit 10,000! You're lucky, I guess. -Mr T

It's really sad for you, but I think you should consider selling those chains. A 980 TIHOF would be great!

Turn off your antivirus during use. 3DMark previously faced issues when Avast was enabled.

It seems to have begun functioning unexpectedly. I accessed it to retrieve an error code, and it has been operational afterward. That’s unusual.
