I recently repadded my EVGA XC3 10GB LHR 3080 using Kritical Pads from their site. I carefully followed their guidance on the placement of each pad and applied PTM7950 to the GPU core.
After the repasting, I encountered several problems. Code 43 became an issue. I resolved it by using DDU and reinstalling a graphics driver with NVCleanstall. I also removed and then reactivated XMP settings on my RAM, and reduced my cache overclock from 4.8 to 4.4.
Now the main problem is that my PC frequently black screens and crashes under heavy gaming loads or certain benchmarks. I’m unsure why this happens. For one, MSI Afterburner allows my card to operate at a voltage of 1.094v, which is extremely high. I attempted to undervolt it to 1950MHz at 0.950v, but it remained stable before and never crashed during long gaming sessions or with OCCT and Unigine Heaven tests.
These crashes occur regardless of whether my CPU is overclocked or XMP is enabled. While debugging Code 43, I noticed that the GPU only functioned properly when both XMP and CPU/cache overclocks were active.
I have a Corsair RM850x [850 Watt Gold] power supply.
Images from OCCT monitor show the high values stemming from playing Call of Duty Black Ops 6. There was significant artifacting, and I was sure it would crash, but I managed to close it down in time to capture these readings.

Are you checking if all the pads for the VRM etc. are working properly? It's possible they might be overheating or not making good contact.
I bought them from a place that pre-cuts and sizes them. I looked online for negative reviews but didn't find any.
Yes, I was close to crashing right away, and these readings were just before the incident.
The power draw was only 187 watts, while the card can handle 310 watts.

I comprehend this. The company that sells the pads pre-cut the sizes needed—1mm, 2.6mm, 2.8mm, and 2.75mm. All of them appear to provide proper contact.
When I opened the card, I noticed the chips' indentations in the pads. There doesn’t seem to be any space between the pads and where they should be touching.
The only part I’m missing is VMR temperatures or any other details that could help confirm if overheating isn’t an issue.
The issue might be similar to what was seen in the first video, where excessive modification led to damage in memory or core contacts. You're facing comparable artifacts as in that video. It's possible that during replacement, the components were moved or harmed. Try running a test similar to the one the person used initially to check for errors. If errors appear, a repair would be necessary. Artifacts strongly suggest a problem with memory or core contact.
